NAKI - National Association of Kenya Investigators

Governance

A constitution-governed professional body.

NAKI was established in 2001 as a body corporate, and every part of its work - from member discipline to council elections - is anchored in its constitution and bye-laws.

Clear structures, accountable leadership.

Decision-making flows from the membership through elected bodies, committees and a professional secretariat.

Standards & Ethics Committee

Ethics & standards

Conduct that protects the profession.

Membership of NAKI is a commitment to a benchmark of conduct - for investigators, for clients and for the public.
