Governing Council

Presides over the Governing Council and represents the Association to government, regulators and the public.
Supports the Chairman and steps in to lead the Association when required.
Runs the secretariat, keeps the Association's records and drives day-to-day administration.
Safeguards the Association's finances and reports on its accounts to members.
Reviews member promotion, hears disciplinary matters and upholds the code of professional conduct.
Elected by members under the constitution to set policy and govern the Association between general meetings.
Members are elected to the Governing Council at general meetings under the NAKI constitution. Any member in good standing may stand for election.
